At OS Dance, we believe dance is for everybody. Our Inclusive Dance Lessons are designed to welcome dancers of all abilities — creating a space where creativity, confidence, and connection come first.

Each class is tailored to meet the needs of participants, with a focus on exploring movement, building strength, and finding joy through music. Whether you’re joining from a care home, assisted living community, day program, or special education environment, our classes are all about having fun, staying active, and expressing yourself freely.

We understand that starting something new can feel overwhelming — that’s why our instructors take the time to create a calm, encouraging atmosphere where every dancer feels supported. Safety, comfort, and confidence are always our top priorities.

Our inclusive sessions go beyond Ballroom and Latin — they draw inspiration from a variety of dance styles, adapted to fit each group’s abilities and energy. The result? Classes that uplift, engage, and spark creativity for everyone involved.
